We are currently looking to fill the District Sales Coordinator position.
Our District Coordinator role is a leadership position. In this role, you will be leading and coordinating a team of Specialists, managing an established client base, and focusing on continued development and growth of our Southern Arizona market.
Compensation is discussed in detail with Kelly during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes; Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.

Role responsibilities:
- Lead and support a diverse sales team of new and veteran insurance professionals.
- Recruit, train and develop new insurance agents and producers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients and brokers.
- Work with business owners to provide benefits solutions, enrollment and claims support.
- Track and analyze sales activity to ensure quarterly growth goals are achieved.

Pay: $43,160.08 - $157,238.68 per year
