We have an immediate need for an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our growing self-storage team. This is a full-time, 5 day per week (including a weekend day) position at our only property in Los Angeles County, conveniently located at 8717 Pioneer Blvd., Santa Fe Springs, CA. General duties include providing excellent customer service, preparing handling sales calls, showing and leasing storage units and assisting in keeping the facility clean and operational.
Assistant Self Storage Property Manager Responsibilities include:
· Rent storage units and prepare leases
· Meet customer needs with the highest level of service
· Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times
· Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner
· Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.
Qualifications:
· 2 years self-storage, retail or customer service management experience preferred
· Customer Service experience
· Flexibility: Weekend hours are required
· Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation
· High School diploma or GED
· Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
· Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
Excellent Pay and Benefits!
· Base pay range is $19.25-$22.00 per hour based on experience
· $5 rental commission for each closed rental and retail sales bonus
