This administrative assistant/receptionist position requires excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to interact with clients in person and on the phone.
Duties will consist of greeting clients, answering multi-line phone, appointment scheduling, word processing, data entry, filing, processing paperwork, and other administrative needs as necessary.
May include light bookkeeping.
Attention to detail a must. Prior office experience required. Salary DOQ.
