We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists, both full time and part time, to join our New York and New Jersey based teams, specializing in providing psychological services to individuals within the workers' compensation population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating the workers' compensation system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess the mental health and well-being of individuals within the workers' compensation population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychological issues and promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused therapies, to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and vocational counselors, to coordinate care and facilitate the return-to-work process.
- Advocate for clients within the workers' compensation system to ensure access to appropriate mental health services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid New York State license to practice psychology if applying for NY based position.
- New York State Workers’ Compensation Board authorization number upon acceptance of an offer, which is a prerequisite before commencing work if applying for NY based position.
- Valid New Jersey State license to practice psychology if applying for NJ based position.
- New Jersey State Workers’ Compensation Board authorization number upon acceptance of an offer, which is a prerequisite before commencing work if applying for NJ based position.
- Experience working with individuals within the workers' compensation population is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines and regulations.

Part-time contract at our New Jersey location: from $110 per hour
Full-time at our New York location: $120K-$150K per year
