Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as Security/Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring the safety of all staff (Using Metal Detector Wand to Clear Customers)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about our services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning using POS Software on IPAD
- Provide support to management with project coordination and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Security, Customer service or front desk role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
