Job Summary:

We provide our services wherever our clients operate in the world, including war zones in southwest Asia and elsewhere., We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Policy Analyst to join our team. As a Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to support the development and implementation of policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in research and data analysis to contribute to meaningful policy initiatives.
Duties:
Policy Review and Assessment
The contractor shall monitor the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution
(ETMS2) for ARNG G6/CIO taskers, review all ARNG-IMZ-SIG assigned taskers, conduct in-depth analysis of G6/CIO equities, and produce Comment Resolution Matrices. The contractor shall provide written editorial recommendations to either the Action Officer (AO) or the Colonel/O6 (COL) level for government acceptance. Acceptance level will be specified with Task Management Tool (TMT).
The contractor shall perform analysis of the implications and impacts of statutory law, executive branch directives, DOD directives, NGB directives and guidance, and Department of the Army (DA) policies on ARNG policy and the ARNG's ability to meet those requirements.
The contractor shall perform analysis of policy requirements from authoritative sources on existing ARNG CIO /G6 policies, and provide CRM (Comment Resolution Matrix), comments, gap analysis, and assigned ARNG ETMS2 Taskers
The contractor shall perform analysis of current policy in accordance with government direction in support of ARNG CIO /G6 IT enterprise operations to include, but not limited to, governance, metrics analysis, and program analysis.
The contractor shall perform analysis of current ARNG CIO/G6 efforts with continuous process improvement as related to DOD strategies, policies, and other publications.
The contractor shall perform analysis of current DA, NGB, and ARNG policies to identify what policies currently exist, what gaps exist, and the relevance of each policy.
Strategic Planning:
The contractor shall draft strategic communications documents for government acceptance in support of ARNG IT Policy, data, digital reform efforts, architecture, and doctrinal structure for a wide-ranging audience to include the 50 States, three territories, the District of Columbia, as well as O6 and above military and civilian equivalent officials. Critical deliverables for this requirement are PowerPoint presentations, Information Papers (IPs), Executive Summaries, ARNG CIO/G-6 Digital Reform Strategy and support documents and other ARNG CIO/G-6 Strategies based on the Government’s request
Skills:
- Strong research skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Knowledge of policy analysis frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
