Mullan Inc is looking for a part-time Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone fun, positive, and hard-working to bring new ideas and a great attitude to our office. This person will work directly with the Director of Operations and assist the office specifically in scheduling, recruiting, administration, and social media marketing. Responsibilities:
- Updating social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Optimizing company’s online presence
- Connecting and building relationships with current employees
- Assisting HR with recruitment efforts
- Administrative duties such as paperwork, restocking, organizing, and taking messages
- Having a positive attitude daily
Qualifications:
- Able to work at least 15-25 hours per week, preferably mornings
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Knowledge of current social media trends and strategies
- Computer proficiency
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Fun, motivated, outgoing personality
