Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Records Assistant to join our team. The Medical Record Assistant will work in a medical office setting, assissting Medical Record. Must have experience. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
Received and follow work schedule/instructions from supervisor and outlined in our established policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing, planning and directing the medical Records department in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist the Medical Record/Health information consultant as required.
Maintain minutes of meetings. File as necessary.
Retrive residents records.
File information such as nurses notes, resident assessment, progress notes, lab notes, x-rays results,
Audit charting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.54 - $23.00 per hour
