Director of Operations
An Operations Manager, or Operations Supervisor, oversees a company’s organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality. Their main duties include overseeing the recruiting and hiring process, improving productivity and efficiency and managing quality standards.
As the Cannabis Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of our cannabis business, including cultivation, manufacturing, processing, and distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational activities of the cannabis facility, including cultivation, manufacturing, processing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the cultivation and processing teams to ensure efficient and productive operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cannabis products and raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as cultivation, quality control, and compliance, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent and high-quality cannabis products.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in cannabis operations.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.50 - $40.00 per hour
