Position: CSR Customer Service Representative Windows/Doors
Starting Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 3pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85021

Operations
Work closely with Client Services, Sales and Installation departments.
Create quotes using manufacturer specific software e.g. Simonton, Milgard, EMerge, Orepac Marketplace etc.
Answer phones
Answer product and service questions for clients over phone
Schedule appointments for sales, installations, deliveries and final measurements
Proof orders, measure sheets, appointment sheets and packing lists
Order windows, glass, parts, tools, samples and literature
Create and maintain customer files- copy, scan, fax, process payments
Work with clients in showroom answering questions and demonstrating product
Client follow up
Installation document preparation
Send and receive electronic faxes
Sales tracking Warehouse
Loading/unloading trucks - heavy lifting 50 to 100 lbs assisted (Average 5 deliveries per week)
Coordinate deliveries
Drive van or truck with trailer- clean MVD record required
Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Calendar, Quickbooks (Helpful not required), 10 key (helpful), Window Estimating Software (Preferred but not required), Data entry, typing minimum 35 WPM, excellent written and oral skills, strong customer service, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to learn new software programs, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
