Call Center Representative - Health Plan Member/Provider Services
100% REMOTE
** Must live in one of these states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, Nevada, Nebraska, North Dakota, Texas, Washington, Wyoming, Utah
Contract-to-hire or contract (if they prefer to stay on contract)
Shift Time: variable between 8 AM - 8 PM MST
START DATE: May 9th
Provider Team Qualifications
- Call center and claims experience
- Proficient in claims – understanding claims & billing methodologies
Member Team Qualifications
- Medicare and Medicaid experience
- Call center experience
- 50+ calls per day
- Computer system experience – Cebel - call documentation and IDX – prior auth . Sharepoint for resource documentation
- Any experience on computer system ( Cebel, IDX or Sharepoint) would be bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
