Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and COO by effectively managing and organizing projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects for the CEO and COO, including creating project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to projects.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and emails for the CEO and COO.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Utilize various computer software and tools to streamline project management processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Healthcare experience is a BIG plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
