```Duties:```
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays using medical imaging equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic
- Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety
- Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies
```Requirements:```
- Valid state license to practice as a dental hygienist
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software, Softdent
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for performing precise dental procedures
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology related to oral health
