Experience Requirements:

About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you will be a part of a small but mighty team. We all wear many hats but your main focus will be:
- To work under the direction and leadership of store management
- Responsible for providing interior designers and clientele with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations
- Work to accomplish weekly/monthly sales goals
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and interior designers
- Maintain clear and consistent sales pipeline management
- Proactively finding ways to connect with customers and building deeper relationships to close sales and add value to clients
- Manage and fulfill online orders
- Assist in inventory management duties to ensure new products hit the floor quickly
- Maximizing the store floor appeal by ensuring the store looks it's best from light cleaning to refreshing vignettes
