Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, and possess a deep understanding of behavior analysis techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for patients with autism spectrum disorders
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments
- Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to support patients' progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience:
The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially children
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent skills in medical documentation and record-keeping
