Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Management Executive to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for attending and managing wedding events to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Make outbound calls to clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Event Coordination:
Attend wedding events to oversee and manage guest relations, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Coordinate with vendors, event staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Prepare reports on client interactions, event feedback, and service improvements.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure all clients receive a personalized and high-quality experience.
Implement and follow up on client feedback to improve service quality.
