Quality Assurance Inspector
TSS seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Round Rock, TX. team as a Quality Assurance Inspector. The Quality Inspector is responsible for the daily inspection of products being assembled and configured during the production process to ensure compliance with established customer specifications. This individual will be able to think, act independently, and make responsible business decisions regarding inspection, production, and production repair.

Ensures compliance with established TSS quality policy, company standards, customer requirements, and other applicable external (local, state, and federal).

Adherence to regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.

Verifies products are assembled in alignment with internal and customer-related standards.

Participate in the development of internal documentation (policies, procedures, forms, etc.) and related training.

Develops customized inspection build documents detailing internal and customer CTQ characteristics for production use.

Audits build documentation to ensure compliance with traveler content and operator completion requirement standards.

Collect standard inspection and audit data for report development per company requirements.

Attend and participate in meetings as required per TSS Quality Manager.

Ensure compliance with the "Control of Non-Conforming Material" process.

Interact with all TSS employees, customers, vendors, and contractors in a manner that is both professional and representative of TSS values.

Execute additional duties, as required by TSS Quality Manager, that are not contained within the aforementioned duties and responsibilities.

Professional with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to read and comprehend internal and customer specification documentation

Ability to solve problems efficiently using logic and reasoning

Computer system hardware and accessories knowledge (i.e., servers, switches, network cables, etc.)

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment.

Attention to detail, well-organized, and a proactive approach to documentation, planning, and execution.

Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
