Our Licensed Loan Officers operate in a fast-paced, direct sales environment with customers all throughout the country. You'll be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound calls, establishing rapport with our clients, and determining the best product to sell them.
No mortgage experience necessary- training is provided and we assist with licensing!

Responsibilities:
- Builds rapport with existing and potential borrowers with the goal of meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Analyze borrowers financial situations and provide the appropriate solution
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of available loan programs such as Conventional, FHA, VA etc.
- Successfully structure loans to lender partners to underwrite, process, and fund
Requirements:
- NMLS preferred, not required
- 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Self- motivated, high energy, and hungry for a six figure+ income

- Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- NO WEEKENDS
