Valenta Capital Management is an independent financial planning firm that assists their Individual High Net Worth clients. We prioritize meeting with clients and help them achieve their financial goals with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that focuses on income planning, Social Security planning, tax mitigation planning and estate planning.
Position Summary: This position will provide financial plan support to two financial advisors by collecting and analyzing client financial data, developing recommendations, and using a variety of software and planning tools, with a strong emphasis on analysis, organization, tracking follow-up items, client service and professionalism. You MUST be proactive in this role and comfortable with sales prospecting calls.
Responsibilities.
- Preparing financial analyses and financial plans for clients
- Conducting investment research, reporting and analysis
- Utilize financial planning software, specifically eMoney, to prepare documents for client meetings
- Onboard clients into money management software
- Participate in client meetings to take detailed notes and answer questions about financial plans
- Preparing support materials and reports for advisors
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
- Ability to measure the business and submit weekly progress reports
- Follow compliance requirements for the broker-dealer
- Meet with advisor regularly to review appointments and cases
- Assist with the creation and implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance client experience
- The ability and confidence to build a relationship with clients and prospective clients
- Possess an extremely professional attitude and acumen
- Proactive communication with advisors
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Working knowledge of eMoney REQUIRED
- SIE, Series 7
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to excel in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
- Problem solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
