Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000 average commission earnings
Aggressive 80/20% split and Revenue Share Program for referrals you sponsor (2 sources of income)
Responsibilities
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Hold buyer consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
- Conduct open houses to promote agency listings

Qualifications
- Technology driven
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
