Position Summary:
As an HR Systems Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our HR department and our technical teams. Your mission? To optimize our HR systems, analyze data, and drive informed decision-making. If you’re a problem solver with a knack for translating business requirements into technical solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Collaborate with HR users to identify configuration changes for our PeopleSoft HCM system. Implement and test technical changes to enhance functionality.
- Data Analytics: Utilize PS Query and/or SQL to provide metrics and analytics to the HR team. Generate reports on workforce planning, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- User Support: Assist HR team members with navigating PeopleSoft software, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Testing and Documentation: Conduct system and regression testing for HCM changes. Maintain accurate documentation of system customizations and procedures.
- Change Management: Monitor department Change Management Forms (CMF) and participate in the Functional Integration Team (FIT).
- Web Content Management: Maintain HR web pages by adding content and ensuring accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or comparable HRIS modules.
- Proficiency in SQL or creating PeopleSoft queries.
- Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws related to human resources management.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
