Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.
Pay range:
$16.50 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and routing them to the appropriate staff members.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, providing excellent customer service.

Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.

Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Previous experience in an office clerk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
