Job Summary:
Plant This is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files
- Assist in training development and implementation
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Manage vendor relationships, process their reports/invoices, and negotiate contracts as necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
