Graphic Designer
Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer for our real estate and private equity company, you will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, business development, to create visually engaging designs for both digital and print mediums. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing collateral and ensuring that our designs effectively convey our unique value proposition. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand project objectives and requirements for various real estate and private equity initiatives.
- Create visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, investor reports, property listings, advertisements, and social media content.
- Develop design concepts and mock-ups that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's message and offerings.
- Edit and retouch property photos to showcase properties in the most appealing way, adhering to the company's standards.
- Create and maintain a library of visual assets, including logos, images, icons, and templates.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality production and execution of design projects.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing collateral and channels, including digital platforms, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's website design and user interface (UI) elements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Qualifications:
- Language: Mandarin (Required)
- Must major in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience or certifications will also be considered.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or financial industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estate-related materials, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, composition, and typography.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and private equity landscape, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Experience in photo editing and retouching, particularly for property listings and presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to review and proofread designs for errors before finalizing.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, present design concepts, and receive feedback.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of website design principles, user experience (UX), and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
