Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Sales Data and Reporting: Maintain sales records, customer data, and sales performance reports. Generate periodic sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
· Sales Material Preparation: Create and organize sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to support the sales team's efforts.
· CRM Maintenance: Ensure the accurate and up-to-date input of client information, sales activities, and interactions into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in lead generation efforts, qualifying leads, and scheduling follow-up activities.
· Responsible for all aspects of assigned customer orders from receipt to product delivery (Wesley routed or customer routed), ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Respond to customer/dealer inquiries, confirming orders, advising status of orders, shipping advice. Assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
· Work closely with Production in the areas of shipping schedules, sales information, forecast changes, and information regarding significant events that may impact the production schedule as information becomes known through the customer interface.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge/Skills:
· 2 yr. Associates degree preferably in Business Management
· Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service environment and sales in manufacturing.
· Driven to exceed sales goals.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate ideas, instructions, and information so they are clearly understood by others in formal or informal situations.
· Highly effective people and team leadership skills in handling conflict management, customer relations and motivation of employees.
· Business analytical skills for identifying trends in service to customers and performance measurements.
· Competency in the use of computers and software for business transactions, data analysis, and communication. (Word, Excel, E-mail)
· Intimate knowledge of and hands-on experience using ERP Systems such as Oracle or IQMS.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
· A positive and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
