Job Description: Mid-Senior Level Lead Installer - Luxury Moves, Furniture Installation, and Closet Installation
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Level Lead Installer with a specialization in luxury moves, furniture installation, and closet installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering impeccable service to high-end residential and commercial clients, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Execute luxury moves, including packing, handling, and transporting delicate and valuable items with the utmost care and precision.
- Lead and perform furniture installation projects, assembling and positioning furniture pieces in accordance with client specifications and design plans.
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and adherence to design concepts.
- Evaluate project requirements, blueprints, and schematics to plan installations effectively and address potential challenges.
- Safely operate and maintain a range of tools and equipment required for installations, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide on-site guidance to junior team members, offering mentorship and training to ensure skill development and consistent performance.
- Communicate directly with clients to address their needs, answer questions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, installation progress, and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, installation techniques, and product innovations to continuously enhance expertise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury moves, furniture installation, and closet organization, preferably in a high-end residential or commercial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex installation projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as equipment relevant to furniture and closet installations.
- In-depth knowledge of spatial design, furniture assembly techniques, and closet system installation methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges during installations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor junior installers.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift, maneuver, and install heavy items as required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
