**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and handling reservations
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and assist with guest phone inquiries
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in using hotel booking systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
