We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, catering, and meal service within a restaurant or food industry setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparation
- Serve meals to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, and grills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or server in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
