Responsibilities: This position would be a great fit for someone that has a flexible schedule to be able to cover shifts and fill in as needed. Not all responsibilities below are required and will be discussed in a phone interview.
- Coordinate the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Process and collect payments from clients and patients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Skills:
- Experience working at the front desk or as a receptionist is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
