Position: HR Compliance Manager
Schedule: Full Time Monday -Friday

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Manage the HR compliance Team and monitor compliance across CP.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management role
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws
- Experience with HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Complete Quality Assurance Measures and Audits for employee files
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Work with Organizational Team Leaders to implement change, and execute ideas across all regions of Caring People.
- Provide support for critical improvement initiatives.
- Travel across the service states visiting multiple offices as needed (NY, NJ, CT)
- Collaborate cross-functionally organizational leaders and staff.
- Evaluate the performance improvement activities, services and programs, local and national trends, and issues.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must Have experience managing a team and Leadership skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Must be okay with managing change and working under pressure
- Must be able to communicate very clearly.
- Must be able to take initiative.
- Tech savviness
- Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws with respect to home health care
