ENTRY-LEVEL ACCOUNTANT/ BOOKKEEPER

Job Overview:
Pac-Dent Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Accountant/Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records and reports.

Pay: $45k-65k per year
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, generating reports, and maintaining financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy
- Process accounts payable and receivables, including invoicing, payments and collections
- Assist in governmental surveys
- Assist in preparation of financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets
- Collaborate with team members and provide support in various accounting and finance projects as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred: 1-year minimum

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
