Georgetown Counseling and Wellness is seeking a Part time administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 10-15 hours a week, M-F supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, client support, and ensuring our staff is supported.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage intake calls.
- Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
- Assume responsibility of maintenance of office equipment.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Georgetown Counseling and Wellness
- Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
