Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing and
implementing communication concepts for branding, education, product rollouts and
campaigns targeted to different audiences from our office in Orlando, FL. This team member
will collaborate with colleagues to develop and support our media content channels, trade
shows and product launches. The Marketing Communications Coordinator works directly
with stakeholders to oversee various initiatives from start to completion and ensure project
goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget, and resource requirements.
Essential Functions:
1. Works collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other teams to develop content that
supports our branding initiatives, digital channels, including video, social and web.
2. Grows our presence on B2B and B2C platforms with content that creates a dialogue
with our referral sources, customers, and parents.
3. Champions the content calendar including scheduling, publishing, distribution,
tracking success and areas of improvement to leverage our digital capabilities and
drive customer awareness.
4. Manage the initiation and implementation of an LMS system.
5. Manages the content and editing process working with clinicians and other
departments while sourcing and managing external writers, as needed.
6. Conduct and analyze business trends, customer/competitive data and perform trend
analyses as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, communication or equivalent
combination of education and experience
2. 5+ years’ experience in content marketing
3. Copy-editing and writing experience.
4. 2 + years’ experience working with LMS platforms.
5. Video editing experience a plus
6. Excellent project management skills using such programs as Monday.com.
7. Creative thinker with insight into latest marketing trends
8. Excellent communication skills, with experience working in a multinational and
multicultural environment.
9. Ability to perform duties with minimal direction and/or supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
