Job description
- Provide support to warehouse and inventory managers
- Coordinate with drivers & warehouse operators
- Responsible for outbound order processing through ERP software system
- Manage inventory, warehouse, and office asset
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service support
- Organize files and safeguard essential documents
- Responsible for office administrative work and office supplies
- Provide support to senior management and sales teams
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to succeed
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of construction equipment and industrial tools (preferred)
- Ability to work under limited supervision and busy schedules
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
