Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to be the face of the Showroom/Parts division to all customers when walking-in or calling with a parts/equipment related inquiry. The Associate takes orders, provides quotes, handles follow-up calls, develops relationships with customers, tracks orders, picks orders, maintains product knowledge, and answers phones/e-mails from customers as necessary to ensure efficient operation of the sales counter on a day-to-day basis.
Receiving Inventory checks the invoices, loads the goods, stocks it in warehouse
Maintaining the stock of all products located on the showroom floor, maintaining a clean showroom inventory and building new and large equipment.

Responsibilities/Duties:*
Greet customers at the counter in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in finding the proper product(s) for their specific need
Uphold and maintain the visual standard within the store, primarily your department
Maintain relationships with current customers and build relationships with new customers
Maintain a safe work environment within the department for customers and staff
Complete accurate sales tickets and customer quotes
Developing a deeper knowledge of equipment, parts, services, warranties, product uses, and product reviews
Corresponding with customers with follow-up calls and emails on orders, special events, and sales
Develop knowledge of brands used within our industry, both OEM and aftermarket

Stocking inventory,

Prepares merchandise for shipment
Utilizes material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks*
Check details on the invoices from stock received
Ensuring that the goods can be stocked safely in the warehouse

Maintaining the overstock of all products located on the showroom floor
Filling displays, helping walk-in customers, picking orders at the request of the Sales Associate
Loads/unloads customer vehicles as requested by the cashiers or other management
Responsible for the daily cleaning of the sales floor, including sweeping/mopping/buffing of the sales floor, cleaning of the display equipment, and maintenance of displays on the sales floor
Following proper safety procedures and standards

Ability to lift heavy objects (50-100 pounds)
