[solidcore] is looking for an energetic candidate, passionate about [solidcore]’s mission and values, to support sales as a Sales Representative for our new studio openings and existing studios. This role will report to our Director of Sales and, at times, work directly with our Director of Operations. We are entering an exciting period of growth and looking for someone who can help us to engage leads, drive membership, and build community for our growing fleet of 100 studios across the country. This candidate should be passionate about developing direct sales and B2B sales strategies. They will also support the implementation of sales training of field teams, and partner with the marketing and NSO teams to refine sales strategy. This person will act as a subject matter expert in the overall [solidcore] experience and ensure every element of our sales strategy communicates the [solidcore] vision. They will inspire and motivate those they interact with to create the best experience for all [solidcore] clients while ensuring the growth of the [solidcore] brand. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and resourceful while possessing strong customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Success in this role will require you to be a strong ambassador for the [solidcore] brand and excited about educating potential new clients on what makes the community, brand, and experience so exceptional. The Sales Representative should reside in, or be willing to relocate to, a market where we have current or future studio locations to ensure they stay connected to the community.

Supporting new studio community growth, connecting directly with hand-raisers, leads, and new clients throughout the NSO journey and new studio revenue ramp

Identifying, fostering, and acting on B2B relationships and leads at an expected quota per sales representative

Being an active participant in the development of overall B2B strategies.

Successfully utilizing our CRM to connect to follow up and follow through on all activities with prospective clients via text, email, and phone calls

Making a minimum of 75-100 direct contacts per day from provided client lead lists

Generating additional leads through referrals, networking, social selling, and research

Support the Director of Sales and field teams in the creation and implementation of sales processes, strategies, and training materials

Execute a successful handoff of sales and lead activities to local field teams

Maintain accurate reporting records using established sales systems

Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and prospects

Remain informed of industry competition and membership best practices

Meet regularly with senior leadership to report on prospecting activity and sales performance, and provide insight into factors impacting sales performance

Partner with the Sales Manager, Directors of Studios, and Marketing team to identify sales opportunities within the sales process and new studio opening client journey

3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry

$65,000 base salary plus competitive monthly sales commission
