Job Summary:
We are seeking exceptional talents to join our team as Customer Success Manager Graduates with a focus on field service technician training. In this role, you will undergo intensive training and mentorship, evolving from a field technician to a proficient Customer Success Manager (CSM). We are committed to investing in your education and development, equipping you with the essential tools and knowledge required to excel as a CSM, starting with foundational field service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete field service work orders to build a foundation of the standard of installation, maintenance, and customer care that Phytech embodies.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with growers and prospects while learning the basics of field service operations and customer engagement.
- Drive adoption and ensure effective usage of Phytech applications among customers, actively participating in hardware installations to gain foundational experience.
- Offer comprehensive support to growers, encompassing both agronomical insights and technical troubleshooting, refining skills in customer care and problem-solving.
- Under the supervision and guidance of seasoned CSMs, spearhead the expansion of Phytech services within existing customer accounts, progressively taking on more responsibility in installations, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues promptly, gaining exposure to the operational side of our technology and preparing for increased customer interaction as a Customer Success Manager.

- Dedication to making a positive impact on the community by helping farmers optimize production through direct field service engagements.
- Proficient in site-to-site navigation to fulfill work orders on diverse customer ranches, demonstrating a keen understanding of geographical locations and efficient route planning for optimized field service operations.
- Demonstrate exceptional aptitude as a fast learner, coupled with self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Possess a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and communicates professionally with absolute proficiency.
- Demonstrate mechanical abilities and ensure familiarity with basic hand/power tools; these are essential requirements for the role.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling objects weighing 50-75 lbs without any restrictions. These tasks are a crucial part of the job, and the candidate's physical capabilities will be assessed during the selection process.
- Working in agricultural settings often requires long hours and physical exertion. The candidate should have the stamina and endurance to perform tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Agricultural projects may have changing requirements and working conditions. The candidate should be adaptable and able to handle different tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members by cultivating a positive attitude and demonstrating a willingness to work together. These qualities are essential for successful teamwork.

- Maintain punctuality and reliability by consistently attending work at assigned locations and times.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory for the position. The candidate must have a current and valid driver's license. This is necessary as driving a company vehicle will be an essential part of the role when traveling to various work sites.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no significant violations that would inhibit their ability to drive a company vehicle. Candidates will be subject to an MVR check to verify their driving history and eligibility to drive a company vehicle. Any history of major traffic violations, DUIs, or other serious driving offenses may disqualify candidates from this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree focused on agriculture or related fields, with a growing understanding of the technical aspects of agricultural technology.
- Hold CCA, PCA, or CAIS licenses, showcasing a commitment to professional growth in both agronomy and field service.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a plus.
- Practical hands-on experience in agriculture, providing valuable insights into grower challenges and the technicalities of field service duties.
