Lasko Products is seeking an ambitious, creative, and analytical Manager, eCommerce Strategy and Analytics. This business leader exemplifies a can-do, test-and-learn, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. The candidate will play a key role in developing and leading Lasko’s eCommerce strategy including supporting the eCommerce team in driving topline sales, operating metrics, KPIs, and operating budget management. This role will be instrumental in driving future growth in the e-commerce channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Lasko’s eCommerce strategic plan (P&L) across key retailer partnerships to achieve top-line and bottom-line results, including seasonal eCommerce strategy and a roadmap that aligns with Lasko’s overall business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with the Business Units (BUs) and Sales to align e-commerce plans with BU priorities including, product commercialization, assortment recommendations, competitive intelligence, and online category management
- Act as account lead for our Commercial Air Movement (CAM) Business Unit on Amazon
- Lead the e-commerce forecasting and annual operating plan development across customer accounts
- Provide analysis of channel performance including, promotional performance, media performance, and pro-forma modeling and make recommendations to the business
- Serve as a thought leader, identifying new revenue opportunities through research, business unit feedback and sales performance analysis
- Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, pushing the business forward to exceed financial targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, specialization in eCommerce, Digital Operations, and/or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of eCommerce and online experience
- Experience developing strategic plans for eCommerce channels – specifically in developing strategy, planning, and P&L budgeting
- Amazon.com account management experience is essential; Walmart.com account management preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, a strong problem solver with clear attention to detail, and passion for pioneering new customer acquisition and growth
- Strong analytical skills to guide and recommend business strategy
- Experience in Home Environment/DIY/Appliances category preferred; other durable, seasonal and consumer goods experience also highly valued
WORK LOCATION:
This position may either work-from-office 3 days/week in our company headquarters in West Chester, PA or work remotely.
The pay range for this position is:

$100,000—$145,000 USD
