Sushi Chef - Daily prep of fresh salmon, hamachi, blue fin, etc. into saku blocks and then slicing sashimi for customers throughout day.
Preparation of various Sushi including nigiri, hosomaki and California Rolls.
Our hours are very flexible as we start at 7am and end at 7pm (no nights!)
