Essential duties and responsibilities:

Answering inquiries from potential renters and scheduling showings.

Meeting potential renters on-site and conducting property tours.

Utilizing software to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and assist with the application and leasing process.

Utilizing software to generate and analyze applications and qualifications of potential renters.

Utilizing software to generate leases, riders, and facilitate online payments.
-
Negotiating renewals with existing tenants.
-
Generating comparable reports within the surrounding neighborhood.

Collaborating with the Leasing Manager to ensure the accuracy of daily and weekly reporting.

Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Qualifications:
-
NYS Real Estate Salespersons license required

Ability to work weekends
-
Superior organizational skills
- Experience with Real Estate software such as Yardi, On-Site, Nestio a plus but not required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Applications (Excel and Word)

Web/Internet Savvy
