F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time HR Assistant - Benefits & Training for it's Bedford, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Process new hire benefit enrollments/life event changes
- Maintain employee benefit eligibility information
- Communication with broker for COBRA notifications
- Assist with benefits administration
- Monitoring required training for the company
- Adding/deleting users in LMS
- Regular communication with managers on training completion status
- Assist in training development
- Assist with all employee inquiries
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Must maintain strong confidentiality rules and regulations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Exce/Word/Powerpoint
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative skill strongly desired
