Primary Responsibilities:
To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate guest’s needs in a courteous and timely manner following Sourdough & Co. rules and expectations.

Specific Functions and Duties: * Prepare and deliver food to guests and meet or exceed the guest’s expectations. * Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service while demonstrating a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately. * Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere. * Committed to continuous learning and always striving to perform better. * Take pride in all aspects of their work, whether making sandwiches, prepping, running the register, or cleaning. * Give respect and always willing to play their part in making the restaurant a warm and welcoming place. * Recognize how critical cleanliness and safety are to the quality of the product and the health of the business. * Takes his/her craft seriously and does everything necessary to create and/or serve quality soups, salads, and sandwiches that make our customers crave more. * Perform Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift.
Qualification Standards: * Ability to wipe down table tops and counters, pick up debris off of the floor, sweep the floor and/or any other cleaning duties required of the position. * Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment * Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required. * Mobility required during the entire shift. * Transports boxes and cases up to 30 pounds
Physical Standards: * Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours in length. * Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel. * Have the ability to lift items frequently weighing up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
