PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Review and ensure accuracy of Title 31 related forms completed by casino staff;
2. Ensure timely and accurate submission of Title 31 required document filings;
3. Conduct due diligence during internal and external investigations as related to Title 31;
4. Monitor and review all Title 31 operational areas and assist in the drafting of sound, effective and operationally efficient internal control procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
5. Conduct Title 31 audits to ensure proper aggregation for the filing of a CTR and gathering all available information for the investigation of potential suspicious activity.
6. Provide any other Title 31 support to casino departments and functions as needed;
7. Process requests for information sharing under Section 314(b) and ensure prior examination findings are tracked and addressed;
8. Keep current with all regulatory requirements, consulting with management on new or revised rules;

Every effort will be made by Commerce Casino to provide 30 days’ notice of changes to the remote work arrangement in order to accommodate commuting, childcare, and other issues that may arise from the modification or termination of a remote work arrangement. There may be instances, however, when no notice is possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Work Experience: At least one (1) year experience in a financial position.
Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and to prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures and regulations related to the employee’s duties. A general knowledge of the Windows based computer operating systems is also required.
