The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising employees
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized store
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
