The C.E. Mahoney Co. is a highway construction company interviewing for an experienced Accountant/ Contract Administrator for their office operations in Swansea, Illinois. Duties include:
- Job Costing and General Ledger Entries
- Monthly and Yearly Financial Statements
- Work in Process schedules
- Review of annual Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance
- Oversight of Payables and Payroll operations
Experience with Excel, Word, and Construction Manager Accounting Software is desired.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
