Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests by greeting them per standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs

Be knowledgeable with regards to operating hours of the restaurant and any promotion/events

Provide proactive security service to our guests and staff members
-
Provide supportive service during on-site emergencies.

Enforce precautionary safety and emergency procedure policies.

Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
-
Monitor and control facilities entrances and secure gates.
-
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Must be effective at listening, understanding guest needs and clarifying concerns and issues raised by guests

Ability to maintain composure during challenging situations

Ability to stand post for several hours at a time.

Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

Excellent customer service.

Integrity and professionalism.

Flexible; willing to adapt to last-minute schedule changes.

Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.

Willing to work nights.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Valid Sheriff Card.
-
High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
