JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
· Prioritize each customer and provide outstanding, friendly, and first class customer service.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures as specified in the company manuals.
· Record all transactions accurately on applicable Point of Sale systems, and follow all company specified Cash Accountability procedures.
· Present a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code policy.
· Maintain a professional demeanor and level of conduct when dealing with management, vendors, co-workers, and customers.
· Stock and replenish retail inventory or supplies as needed or directed.
· Be aware of and enforce all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines regarding sales of lottery, tobacco/ tobacco related products, and alcohol.
· Adhere to all company policies and guidelines in regards to Loss Prevention.
· Assist in creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
· Resolve any and all customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional demeanor and manner.
· Keep store management informed of any issues that occur that impact store operations.
· Actively utilize suggestive selling techniques to grow sales at their respective location.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Skills
Retail, restaurant, or convenience store background.
Ability to handle challenging situations to achieve amicable solutions.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as needed.
Additional Notes
Must be able to honor all scheduling specifications.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
