Heirloom Lodge is opening in May, and is seeking candidates for all positions, front of the house and back. Applicants for pantry cook should possess an interest in both savory and dessert production and plating.
The focuses in the beautiful new kitchen and dining room will be on fresh, produce-driven, European influenced cuisine, wine and exemplary service. Chef Matt Straus previously owned Heirloom Café in San Francisco, which is known as a great place to work.
Compensation will be a combination of hourly wage and tips, and will be as high or higher than other restaurants in the region.
Applicants should have significant experience working in restaurants.
