As the Studio Manager (SM) at GRIT BXNG, you'll be the driving force behind both our sales and group personal training teams. This pivotal role demands a robust understanding of sales and operational excellence. Your mission? To spearhead sales initiatives and marketing strategies that not only boost fitness program sales but also highlight the health and wellness ethos of GRIT BXNG. Your leadership style should reflect high standards in coaching and staff development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exceed all GRIT BXNG sales and operational budgets.
- Lead sales drivers like pre-sale events, studio events, and outreach programs.
- Oversee the sales process and systems.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of all staff.
- Ensure adherence to GRIT BXNG business policies.
- Handle hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staff.
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Optimize scheduling to maintain class size.
- Foster a high-energy culture through contests and incentives.
- Lead by example in all studio activities.
- Mentor staff for success and growth.
- Maintain GRIT BXNG brand consistency.
- Manage responsibilities of the sales and fitness teams.
- Handle disciplinary actions.
- Meet performance metrics, manage inventory, payroll, and facilities.
Operational Duties:
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Enforce corporate policies and practices.
- Ensure front desk systems like member check-in and telephone inquiries are followed.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Address customer service issues effectively.
- Plan and promote monthly studio events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational soundness of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales and management experience.
- Prior experience in the health & fitness industry is strongly recommended.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multi-task and manage diverse concerns.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
