Job Overview:
Administer IT systems and provide technical support to end users for hardware, software and network issues.
As a small team, we’re all generalists, regularly interacting with customers, embracing and leveraging emerging technologies to solve problems, and picking up new challenges. We’re growing and as a result, adding a customer-centric IT administrator to our team. You’ll be providing technical support to remote end users for hardware, software and network issues along with administering our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
· Technical support to end users through ITSM ticketing system for hardware, software and network issues.
· Configuration of Microsoft Windows(desktop and cloud/Azure) and Chromebook PCs
· Software installation, maintenance, and end-user administration
· Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft 365 services
· Network maintenance
· Create and maintain asset lists(ITAM), service logs, and system backups
· Maintain warranties and contracts for hardware and software
· Create training materials
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years in an end-user technical support role, or BSc
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detailed understanding of current Microsoft Windows(10/11) desktop OS and PC hardware
· Experience administering Microsoft 365 platform(strong SharePoint experience preferred)
· Experience with networking, hardware, and software configuration
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with endpoint management(Microsoft Intune) and provisioning(Microsoft Autopilot) systems, security practices and platforms(Microsoft Sentinel / Defender)
· Familiarity with Atlassian products(Jira and Confluence)
· Development experience(.NET, Go, Microsoft Graph) in support of automation
· Familiarity with change management and DevOps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
